1) How do I prevent my candle from tunneling?
When burning your candle, make sure it to burns long enough to liquefy the entire top layer of wax. This may take a few hours. This allows the surface of the candle to liquefy, keeping the opening wide and prevent tunneling. If there are issues with your candle, please email us at info@sandboxsoul.com
1) What is your refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Sandbox Soul will offer a refund on unopened and unused, full-price candles within 14 days of your delivery date. Customer must pay for the return shipping of their item. In order to return your item, please email info@sandboxsoul.com return authorization approval.
